We had Dan & Ange from Love Note Music play at our wedding last weekend – and was the best decision we made. They are wonderful musicians, the music they played helped set the atmosphere as we had hoped & all our guests loved it. Our wedding was planned to be outside, but, of course, the weather had other ideas – so they set up inside.

Part way through the reception, as the rain cleared, a lot of our guests made their way outside to where the reception was meant to be under lights.. Not 5 mins after noticing this, Ange came & asked if we would like them to reset up outside. I know how much effort it takes to set up, let alone, take down and reset up half way through – but it was no issue to them. It really did make our night when the weather cleared & we had our first dance under the stars.. So a big thank you to Love Note.

Loving music ourselves we placed a huge importance on finding the right music to complement who we are AND Love Note was perfect. Music plays such a huge role in creating a loving and fun vibe. So many guests commented on how talented you both are – your voices wow !!

From the beginning to the end you created beautiful tunes – from sweet afternoon folky acoustics to upbeat dance floor fun. Just perfect. I loved seeing all our friends up dancing, even in the light rain. My favourite was your version of ‘Horses’ – will be with me forever, my heart melts !!

Honestly, one of the best choices I made for our wedding was hiring Love Note. Ange was absolutely amazing – she met with us to discuss our music style, was so accommodating with me changing my mind a million times about our first dance song, and always responded to emails quickly and cheerfully. On our wedding day I couldn’t have hoped for more – as soon as I heard Ange’s voice as I started to walk out I felt the moment was complete! They were both so amazing with their song choices through the evening, and were constantly smiling and putting on a great show!

Plus both Ange and Dan were so nice accommodating some little special requests from me haha! I have had so many comments about how awesome my wedding band was from guests. They truly made the day ?

I just wanted to pass on a MASSIVE thank you from Kieran and I. You and Dan were just amazing and we really loved having you a part of our special day. We received so much feedback on how wonderful people thought you were (and one of our friends, Steve, was so happy that Dan rocked out an Oasis song request – you made his night! It’s funny, when planning a wedding you just have to imagine how it will come together on the actual day, but as I was walking up the hill to the reception and could hear you playing and could see the lights, I really ‘felt’ the day come together. It took my breath away. Thank you for helping create that magical atmosphere.
