We’re based on the Sunshine Coast and regularly perform everywhere from Caloundra to Noosa, Mooloolaba and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We also travel — so if your wedding is further afield, we’re always up for the adventure.

Our collective of Sunshine Coast wedding musicians spans folk, roots, blues, soul, classic Motown, indie folk, alt-country, acoustic pop and even world-music flavours.

Every artist brings their own texture and tone, so no two performances ever feel the same.

Live Ceremony Music

Set the tone for your day from the moment your guests arrive with relaxed and romantic pre-ceremony entertainment.

We will perform your live renditions of ceremony songs followed by an uplifting acoustic serenade as you mingle as newlyweds.

For many couples, song choice can feel a little daunting, but this isn't our first rodeo. We have built an extensive repertoire of romancing tunes to choose from, or we can work on creating acoustic arrangements of newly request songs for your day.

When I envisioned our wedding, one of the most special moments I thought about was when I got to walk down the stairs to meet my husband; I wanted the perfect moment to be captured with the perfect song. I asked Love Note if they could recreate Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful” for me, and it was beyond anything I could have asked for. They made the song I walked down the isle to feel like it was just for us; It was played delicately and flawlessly. They also played 2 other songs recreated just for us and a list of great covers that kept guests dancing the night away. I could not recommend them enough for the special part they played in our day and for the wonderful memories they helped create.

Uplifting sets for canapés and drinks in the sunshine will keep the vibe high, setting the tone for a fantastic evening.

With two PA systems, we can also set up in two locations for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception to ensure the music never stops.

Love Note Music fits beautifully into weddings of all sizes and styles, whether it’s a beachside Noosa ceremony, a hinterland barn in Maleny, a relaxed coastal party in Mooloolaba, or a sprawling private property celebration under the stars.

We regularly perform across the Sunshine Coast — Maroochydore, Montville, Mapleton and beyond — and also travel to Brisbane, the Tweed Coast, Byron Bay and surrounding regions (travel fees quoted at time of booking).

As a small, close-knit group of musicians, we can’t be everywhere at once — and our dates fill quickly. The best way to lock us in for your wedding is to book early.
